A background to value-based health care (VBHC) and the World Economic Forum's activities to support VBHC.
The World Economic Forum established the Global Coalition for Value in Healthcare to support the acceleration of VBHC in health systems throughout the world, through building a community of organisations.
One example organisation is the H2O Health Outcomes Observatories, an independent, not-for-profit entity specifically created for data collection, analysis and evidence sharing to inform clinical practice and healthcare decisions, which are specifically designed with a governance model that ensures compliance with national and European demands.
